Following the Government's announcements so far, we plan on staying open and operational to the best of our abilities. We have safe working distancing rules and increased hygiene routines in place following the guidelines.
Under these extraordinary circumstances we would ask for your co-operation in keeping everyone safe to ensure we can continue to offer as high a level of customer support during these difficult times.
Should you have a service or technical problem, please continue to call us as we have staff available to take your call.
Should you require an unavoidable service visit, we ask that our engineer is left alone to work on your machine which should be in an isolated position. Discussion between our engineer and you or your staff should be via telephone but a 3-4 metre space must be observed at all times
Should you need parts, we will continue to dispatch using Royal Mail, Parcelforce or TNT (subject to service levels).
Should you need parts and wish to collect from our premises, we have a designated collection point and would ask that you do not venture into any other part of our site and respect minimal contact rules at all times (2 metres is mandatory but we insist upon a minimum of 3 metres whilst on our site).
Some disruption will be inevitable but we are doing everything we can to keep this to a minimum.
