A high specification range of mounted sprayers carrying as standard many safety and user friendly features. Equally suited to small or larger acreage farmers or contractors who appreciate the need for a highly specified sprayer with rear folding booms. Rear Fold Mounted standard features include:- • Heavy duty height mast and chassis • 1300, 1700 and 2000 litre polypropylene tanks complete with 2” sump & 1½" drain tap • Mechanical sight gauge • 190 litre clean water tank for flushing system • Efficient tank washing system • 15 litre operator hand wash tank • Electro-hydraulic controls for boom raise/lower, folding & tilt • 1 tractor single acting spool valve required with approx 25 litre/min oil flow • 18 to 30 metre rear folding Alu-light booms • Trapezium self-levelling boom suspension • Hydraulic boom tilt • Hydraulic independent left and right hand boom variable geometry • Hydraulic independent left and right hand boom folding • Stainless steel ½” spray lines + spray line semi-recirculation • Removable quick fit boom tube end fork fittings • Tri, quad, or quin 360o nozzle bodies + 2 sets multi select colour coded quick fit caps • 2 sets of ceramic ISO colour coded tips • Boom pressure filters • Manual in cab electric switching for spraying, washing out, etc • Bravo 180s electronics for rate control, individual boom section switching, application volume and pressure read-outs, forward speed, tank volumes, etc. • Master, pressure and 5 section valves • Large suction filter • 235 litre/min. piston diaphragm pump or 330 litre/min. on 30 metre boom • Pump forward or pump out/discharge • Swing down 35 litre easy clean chemical bowl with can wash, rinse & agitation jets • 2.5 metre narrow transport width • Spray height from 0.5 to 2.3 metres • Rear LED road lights, indicators and flashing beacon • Parking legs • 6 metre x 2” suction/fill hose • M6-M16 stainless steel nuts & bolts + stainless steel hoseclips throughout
